Packaging: Our Nappy Cakes are packaged in double walled sturdy boxes which have been made to our specifications. This ensures that our cakes fit the boxes exactly, leaving no room for movement. Any gaps are then filled with bubble wrap, which ensures the cake is held in position, but not squashed.
Our Gift Hampers are generously surrounded in bubble wrap and wrapped in suitable packaging.
All other items will be sent by 1st Class post in a suitable box or envelope.
Delivery: Nappy Cakes & Hampers:
Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we dispatch in bulk, twice a week by courier, therefore your order will need to be signed for upon arrival.
If you would like us to email you the tracking number for your parcel, please let us know when completing the checkout process.
We do not deliver on a Saturday, therefore any orders placed after 4pm on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday.
We offer FREE delivery to local surrounding areas of our premises including local hospitals or even a direct delivery to the recipients home. Please contact us with your required delivery address to confirm if you are eligible for FREE delivery.
Standard UK Mainland:
Delivery is available Monday - Friday.
All in-stock items will be dispatched within 72 hours of your order being placed and then a further 1-3 working days allowing for delivery. Please contact us for international delivery charges.
UK - Northern Ireland/Highland & Islands:
Delivery is available Monday - Friday. Cost of delivery to these areas will be £16.66+VAT = £19.99

Availabilty and Design: All images shown on our site are for illustration purposes only. We will endeavour to provide each product as described however as the products we use may be changed or discontinued by the manufacturer we cannot be held responsible for any disputes arising from this. Where any items are changed they will be replaced with an item of equal or better quality.
Personalisation: If you wish to include a message on the gift card provided with your order, please type your message in the box provided at the checkout or email your message to us enquiries@celebrate-in-style.co.uk
Payment: We currently accept payments through Paypal. With this service you can shop with confidence, Paypal's policy covers all customers against unauthorised purchases and they do not share purchase history or full card numbers with us.
When your order has been processed you will receive an email from Paypal confirming all the details. This is your proof of purchase. Once this has been issued you can rest assured that your order will be processed and will be delivered within 1-5 working days.
If you do not have to have a Paypal account you are welcome to send payment by cheque or postal order.
Cheques are made payable to 'Mrs Sarah Reakes'. Goods will not be delivered until payment is cleared in full.
Returns: We hope you’ll be happy with your order but if you would like to send a product back for any reason, simply wrap in secure outer packaging, include the original packaging and include your name, address and reason for return and send it to us within 30 days. We'll process it as quickly as possible and send you a refund or replacement – it's that simple. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage certificate. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office.
We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded.
